Chocolate and Almond Protein Shake
A great post workout shake...

3tbsp 0% Fat Greek yoghurt
100ml ice cold water
1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
Half a banana
 3 tbsp raw oats and a hand full of almond nuts

(Blend up all ingredients)

Delicious and nutritious :) 



Fruit and Seed Greek Yoghurt
Good for a nice healthy, nutritious light lunch...

2tbsp 0% Fat Greek yoghurt
1tsp Honey
Hand full of Blueberries
2 Strawberries cut into quarters
1 sliced Kiwi
Small hand full of Raisins
Small hand full of seed...I used (Pumpkin Seeds, Lin Seed, Hemp Seeds and Sunflower Seeds)



Chocolate Protein Pancakes
Delicious healthy breakfast fuel...

1 scoop of chocolate whey protein powder
3 egg whites
100ml skimmed milk
1tsp of honey to drizzle on top 
1 strawberry sliced to decorate
